Pearl Millet Idly&Dosa (கம்பு இட்லி & தோசை)

Pearl Millet (kambu in tamil) is highly nutritious, non-glutinous, non acid forming, beneficial to the stomach, spleen and pancreas.
Millet is considered to be one of the least allergenic and most digestible grains available.

Millet is a good source of fiber and a complete protein. Millet is rich in phytochemicals which lowers cholesterol and lowers the risk of cancer. Millet is one of the best grains for intestinal disorders and is ideal for the management of blood sugar. Good for weight loss.
