Carrot Soup


 Ingredients
 
carrot   -3 nos.
green peas- a handful(soaked)
curry leaves-a stalk
pepper-1 spoon(crushed)
salt for taste.


Preparation


1.cut carrot into small pieces.
    add green peas,curry leaves and salt together.
2.pressure cook it for 2,3 whistles.
3.cool for sometime and blend in a mixer grinder.
4.allow it to cook for some time.
5.add the crushed pepper and serve.
