- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Add water to the above mixture and make a batter of medium consistency.
- Leave the batter for at least 15 minutes.
- Grease a non-stick pan with oil.
- Pour a large spoon of batter over it. (or sprinkle a handful of batter) .
- Pour 1 tbsp of oil on and around the dosa
- Cook till it gets crispy.
