Baby Corn and Capsicum fry

Ingredients

babycorn -7,8
capsicum - 1/2
garlic -5 pods
chilli powder -1 tspn
oil - 1 tspn

Preparation
    
  1. Remove both the ends and slit the babycorn vertically keeping its ends intact.
  2. Steam boil the babycorn and let it cool.
  3. Grind garlic and chilli powder into coarse paste.
  4. Heat 1 tspn oil in a kadaai and add the coarse paste.
  5. Fry till raw smell goes off.
  6. Then add babycorn and capsicum to it, then fry for 2 min.
 
    serve hot.
